As a first time home buyer with a one year old son it was an incredible experience working with this team. You can feel how important you are to them…not as a buyer, but a person with a family looking to live somewhere. They know that the process can be extensive and stressful and will look at you and tell you to give all of the stress to them because they want this to be enjoyable for you. They make themselves available to talk things through and to make it make sense. There’s too much good to say about this group, but to summarize it all I would say if you are looking for a home this is the team you need on your side. They will not let you down.

I went through Jason Whaley and Scott Dames. First off these two guys took something I thought was going to extremely stressful and made it fun every step of the way. Jason and Scott are both great realtors and do everything they can for their clients. Jason and Scott are great guys and truly care about the people they work with! I couldn’t have asked for two better people to go through the first home buying journey. I can’t begin to speak the praises of these two guys enough, if you need a realtor don’t go anyone other than Jason or Scott.

My wife and I were looking for our second home together (first house) and utilized Joe Gregory as our realtor. The housing market had cooled off so we had to constantly check realty websites for quality houses due to them selling immediately (low inventory across NKY). We found a home on Keller Williams app and immediately sent a text to Joe asking if we could see the home. He was flexible, got us in that night, stayed on the phone for the next roughly 12-16 hours in order to get the deal pending. He was available and willing to show us a few homes prior to this again, at the drop of a hat. The Blue Line Property Group was a great help in finding us a great home. Closing was a breeze and everyone on the team was always willing to answer any questions we had.

I worked with Joseph Gregory and Scott Dames, this was our 1st home. We worked with a couple other groups before we met them, we was not comfortable until we met them and they made us feel like family, yet they was professional and knew their properties. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone looking for a 1st home or 3rd home!!

Good friendly service, we dragged Jayson Whaley around for almost two years if not more looking for the right house. He was more than helpful all the way wether he found a house or we did he was right there. Once the house was picked it still took awhile to sell ours while holding on to the one we wanted. It all worked in the end and the closing was smooth.

Scott Menefee assisted me with finding the perfect place for me and throughout the entire buying process! He was extremely quick on getting a bid in on a house that seemed to have a lot of interest at the open house. Due to his quickness and knowledge of an escalation clause I was able to win the bid and ultimately bought the house that I wanted. The unusual circumstances came from my cross country travel plans falling right in the middle of the buying and closing process. Scott assisted me with all financing questions I had, getting me in contact with a title company and organizing a closing on the other side of the country. Thanks to his help and expertise I was able to sign and close on my house beach side in Los Angeles! This made it possible for my vacation to go uninterrupted and the whole process unhindered or delayed. The Blue line agents (Scott Dames & Jason Whaley) did an excellent job marketing and selling our home in Boone Co. KY in the spring of 2022. They worked together as a team coordinating all the pre-sale photos, videos, and drone work; the showings; and the final closing.
