Hard Worker No Matter What Curve was Thrown

Our sell was a different type of sell because it was for raw land in a development. Our property went in and out of contract three times as buyers backed out close to the closing date. Each time was a different excuse, from not know the cost of digging in a well as there was no city water and sewer to just wanting to be closer to home. Each time the sell fell through, Blendi would go back to work trying to come up with a different way to take our property to market. Finally through hard work we were able to close and get the land sold.
