Working with Blease was great! He flawlessly helped me navigate through all the positives and negatives of buying and owning investment properties in Baltimore. He is very personable, very focused, and absolutely passionate about his craft. He took me to various parts of the city and meticulously explained the advantages and disadvantages of each area. The more time I spent with Blease, the more confident I became, and the less fearful. I started out with the intent to buy just one property to "get my feet wet", and ended up buying 3! If you're a 1st time home buyer or a newbie investor like I was, Blease is the guy to contact! Also the places he took me to eat were absolutely fabulous!
