Turning to Blas to sell our house was the best decision of our transition. We were emotionally attached to this house and wanted to rent it out initially. Blas never pressured us and supported whatever it was we wanted to do, he offered landlord advice over pushing for another commission. We had 3days of back to back showings with 6 competitive offers, multiple phone calls and questions from buyers agents which were all answered in a timely manner. Blas took the time to come to our house and explain all the offers, and negotiated the highest offer with an almost cash buyer when I was anxious to just choose an offer. That gave us thousands of dollars more in our pockets, plus safety and health inspection only making it a flawless transaction. As a buyers realtor he was extremely patient with our hectic schedules, nit pickiness, being open to buying land and building in the country to resale or new subdivisions from Loveland to Superior as long as it was on the west side of I-25 and had to have about 6 must haves. Working with somoeone honest and integral was nice for a change. Our old neighbors have thanked us for the increase of value of their homes since ours sold for 13k over fair market asking price.
