Quick, Patient, Persistent
This transaction was a headache between finance issues for the buyers of our previous home sale, and sellers not following through on their contractual obligations of the new home, as well as other issues. Ms Perry stayed on top of all the hiccups and we managed to close on time strictly because of her due diligence as well as determination to get us across the finish line. After closing there was an issue that popped up (again no fault of her) and she immediately reached out to the seller’s agent and got the issue resolved in one business day. She not only did her job, but she went above and beyond expectations to make sure everything went smoothly.
