About Blake

Blake Simpson, a Lakeland resident since 1972, is a dedicated Real Estate agent who is always available and continues to put the customer first. He was raised by great hard working parents with seven siblings which instilled a great work ethic. After graduating from Lake Gibson High School, he went on to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Accounting from Florida Southern College in 1988. He started his career working in corporate accounting for 10 years, which has served him tremendously with his clients. Then he spent over 20 years honing his sales skills as a successful medical sales representative, winning multiple national top producer awards by executing detailed plans of action. He then transitioned into Residential Real Estate, which allows him to encompass all of his professional experiences to assist clients. Whether it’s buying a house or selling a property, the ability to quickly build rapport, communicate proactively, be empathetic, accurately understand needs, and emphasize transparency ensures a smooth transaction from initial contact to close. His extensive knowledge of Lakeland and the surrounding areas, coupled with his communication skills and strong analytical skills enable Blake to help individuals and families achieve their Real Estate goals. Blake enjoys golf, the beach, exercise, and spending time with family and friends.

Blake did the research & found the true market value of my new condo.

Blake gave me his phone # and said call ANYTIME if I have any questions. His experience in real estate saved me about $50,000 by showing the seller comparable condos that sold in Lakeland.
