Blake was extremely sensitive to our needs and wishes. After viewing the present North Texas market with some dismay, we finally asked Blake to approach the owner of the home that we were renting to ask if he would consider selling it to us. Blake did just that and so effectively that the owner thought about it overnight, and agreed to sell it! To US! The rest of the process was relatively painless, although a fax modem would have been nice. I cannot say enough about Blake's kindness and expertise. He is so affable and easy to talk to. Just a fantastic guy!
Some times it's too easy to finde a broker to help you with your property search But it's not easy to find the right ,knowledgeable and honest person to get you the best deal With Blake it was the second property he's helping me with in 1 year it was a great experience.
