As first time home buyers, Blake was extremely helpful throughout the process. He provides a tremendous amount of context for any suggestions he makes and demonstrates a clear desire to do what's in the best interests of his clients. He was always very responsive to texts, emails, and phone calls and we never felt like he didn't have the time for us. Two examples illustrate Blake's commitment to us as clients - First, early in the process, we wanted to put an offer in on a house that we were interested in (partly because it was the first one that fit our criteria that we saw). Our suggested offer was unreasonably high (as we soon discovered). Blake provided us with the market research and made this clear to us. He also wanted to ensure that we "didn't leave money on the table." Blake could have snapped up the quick commission, but he didn't. The house's listing price dropped several times over the next several weeks until it was eventually taken off the market, which proved Blake to be very correct in his assertion. The second example is from shortly after we purchased our home. One of the big projects was a re-flooring job. Blake recommended a local contractor who turned out to be terrific. While the work was being done, Blake took the time to drive out to our home to see if his recommendation was providing quality work. He never told us about this, but the contractor informed us that he stopped by. This anecdote exemplifies Blake's work ethic and commitment to providing his clients with terrific service. We couldn't recommend Blake more highly!
