Blake Phillips

Blake is an amazing real estate professional. I started working with Blake 4 years back and have already recommended him to several of my friends. He is very knowledgeable, keeps highest interest of client at all times. The best thing i like about him was how he goes out of his way to help. We had a situation where we were not able to rent an house for sometime. When we reached him, he stepped in came up with several thoughtful suggestions and found a renter within 4 weeks.

Blake began managing our property 3 years ago and he has done an excellent job in managing our real estate needs. He always make sure that our properties are rented out all the time and also at top dollar. Its really working out great for me because of Blake's expertise, knowledge, timely and informative manner in being the liaison between the tenants and me. I would highly recommend Blake to your future property management needs.

Blake is nothing short of amazing. He helped us find a great apartment when we were brand new to Dallas from California, and we had such a good experience, we knew we wanted to work with him again when it came time to buy a house. As first-time home buyers, we felt the initial trepidation about making the leap into home ownership, but Blake’s extensive knowledge put us completely at ease. He helped educate and guide us throughout the entire process and was incredibly patient every step of the way. He went above and beyond to answer our countless questions, accommodate our busy schedules, provide expert recommendations, and ensure we were making a worthy investment. I didn’t think it was possible, but thanks to Blake, the home-buying process truly was stress-free. Plus, it doesn’t hurt that Blake is just an all-around cool human being. If you’re going to spend your weeks/weekends touring houses with someone, it might as well be someone who is genuinely fun to hang out with! We wholeheartedly recommend working with Blake- you will be in extremely capable hands.
