Blake was an exceedingly professional, patient, knowledgeable, and reassuring advocate. He took the time to get to know what we wanted and we never doubted he was in our corner-- going above and beyond to help us find what was perfect for us, specifically... even in this challenging market. Everything about his approach was thoughtful and deliberate. He was willing to really listen. Bonus: his background allows him perspective and expertise beyond what you would typically expect. 10/10 would recommend.

Blake is very knowledgeable about the local area and building techniques used. I appreciated that we never felt pushed into purchasing a property, instead he spent the time to help us find the house that met our lifestyle needs and our budget. If we ever need to buy/sell again he will be the first one that we call!
