Marathon move made east and fast!

Working with Blake was wonderful. He was so energetic and helped get our home marketed and sold in a snap. He had a great pulse on the market and had buyers lined up to see our house. It’s a sellers market but he still made sure our write up, photos and online presence were fantastic. I have no doubt we could have sold in any market! He was also respectful and professional throughout , which we especially appreciated when we decided to go with buyers we knew, rather than allow a bidding frenzy. On top of this, Blake was willing to jump through all the hoops necessary for our company move. There are extra forms and procedures that had to be followed in order for us to be reimbursed, and he works with the remote team to make sure everything was correct. If you want someone who will make selling your house fast, easy and fun, Blake is your man. I would definitely recommend him to anyone!
