Blake made the house buy an experience almost effortless. He was attentive and knowledgeable when any concerns or questions arose. Sometimes I would send Blake listings of houses I wanted to see and I was able to see them the next day. Other times he would have a whole list of houses to view based on what I was looking for. Blake made the whole buying process stress-free whether it was looking for houses, navigating all the hurdles they come with a house purchase, and having a seamless closing. I was moving from out of state so I gave Blake a list of homes. I’d like to look at. Blake did a great job organizing the calls in a loop so there was no going back-and-forth across town. He allowed ample time between calls and enough time to see the house. Out of the seven showings I found the one I liked it took me a couple of weeks to write an offer Blake kept me up-to-date throughout the process.

Blake was absuletly amazing. He made me feel confident through the whole buying process. Whenever I had questions or needed a document he was quick to respond. I had a lot of questions as this was my first time buying a house solo. (I was not involved in the process the last time I bought a house and it was over 20 years ago). He acted like my questions were as important to him as they were to me. Blake acted professionally every step of the way. All I can say is wow and that I was very impressed. Blake made purchasing my 4th home super easy, fun, and enjoyable. Prior realtors I’ve used in the past simply did not conduct business at the level Blake did. Blake made himself available after hours and on weekends, and he was even available when he was out of the country to handle crucial events in the purchase of my home. I provided Blake with the amenities I desired and the general area where I wanted to live and Blake was able to weed out 92% of the 400 or so homes in my price range and save a ton of time. We looked at 4 homes and found the right one almost immediately. Blake negotiated a fair price and when the seller / listing agent was caught providing false information in regards to amenities of the home, he was able to negotiate over $8000 in seller, concessions, and credits towards closing. Blake was an awesome realtor for me and previously guided three of my close friends through the purchase of their home.
