Blake both sold my home and helped me purchase a new one. His knowledge of the market, prices and neighborhoods was excellent. He had an open house every weekend, came early to set up and stayed after hours to speak with late comers and let me know how things went. I failed to say he sold my home during the early days of the pandemic! Blake also helped me find a new home. He showed me many homes to look at and also houses that I found. He was always accommodating with his time. He is very personable, has a good sense of humor and is ethical. I hope never to have to buy and sell a home again but should that happen I would call Blake immediately to help me.
