Blake sold my mother's home after she passed away in the Fall. The whole process went as smoothy as it possibly could. I am amazed that in 35 days from signing the contract with Realty One Music City that Blake and his team were able to sell her home at a price above what we had anticipated. And for the home buyer, knowing where they will be next is an important piece of finding comfort moving forward. Blake Johnson gets it. He appreciated that particular details and situations make the difference between a place to live and a home.
