Texas transplant here. This was our second time buying a home and the first time using a realtor. Now that we have made it through to the other side of the buying process. I can honestly say that Blake Fecteau is the best realtor a serious homebuyer can find. If anyone ever tells you that purchasing a home in any market is easy do not hire them. Mr. Fecteau went above and beyond for us from day one. In the beginning we acted as many do, scrolling through endless lists of comparable homes to our budget/liking. Once we had a handful of hopefuls ( all while still being in Texas) he made an appointment and drove to each one, well documenting everything said house had to offer or lacked completely, until one fateful day weeks after our journey began, we made it to Maine. Within four days of our arrival we spotted a spacious colonial and thought, why not go look at her? On that next day Mr. Fecteau had scheduled a walk through for that next evening and I will never forget that first drive down a lengthy but modest driveway to a hidden colonial just slightly out of sight of the rd pre-fall of course. Within 24 minutes of our arrival my wife and I knew this house was it! It was a Wednesday evening and by 9am the following day he had submitted our offer, and it was accepted same day. Easy peasy right? Negative. The next 47 days Blake Fecteau my wife and I literally had to roll up our sleeves and fight tooth and nail with every obstacle homebuying could create. Without his unwavering commitment to his word of helping us do everything he could to get us into our dream home we would have fallen short of victory. His knowledge of the industry backed by his battle proven ability to stand toe to toe with everything my lender threw at us has earned him a place at my campfire in perpetuity.

Blake was the best! This was our fifth house purchase and by far the easiest. Blake always promptly and knowldgeably answered any of our questions. He is a friendly, professional, and expert agent. The concierge service they provide was very helpful. I highly recommend him.
