Blake did a masterful job of finding candidate properties for the construction of our new home in Silver City. She handled everything from the identification of our lot, negotiation of the price and managing through closing. She was also extremely helpful in identifying and connecting us with the services we needed to start getting the site prepared. THEN, knowing we needed a temporary residence to live in while going through the design/build process she pointed us to a perfect small house that we bought. She handled it all!
