Blake Cain is an exceptional realtor. Over the course of almost a year, we changed our minds on what we wanted to buy from a lot to acreage to several different types and sizes of homes, and he stuck with us through the whole wild adventure. Obviously, he has patience and tenacity, but he is also professional, hard-working, responsive to every need and every question, instructive about the market, and very knowledgeable about the area in general. In addition to the characteristics noted above, there are several things that, in my opinion, set Blake far above the normal realtor. First, I initially called him on a Saturday in October 2018, about a lot we found on Zillow that he had listed. He was on a mini break at the coast with his family, but promptly answered my call. He was on the beach and the wind off the ocean was howling in the background, so we talked only briefly and set up a time for him to call me and discuss things at more length. I was immediately impressed with his responsiveness. Then he trudged through the snow in the winter to show us a 12-acre parcel. He was instrumental in guiding us through the process of building a home, providing background, contacts, and a list of builders for us to called for more specific information on pricing and options. We decided not to build a home and Blake immediately started finding and showing us every possible home that met our rather unique needs. In all, Blake showed us over 25 properties, negotiated 5 offers for us, and had our backs when home inspects revealed situations that made it necessary for us to drop out of a contract. Through all of this, he was calm, resourceful, understanding, honest, trustworthy and caring. I don’t think we could have found a better realtor.

Blake went above and beyond for us while selling our home. We were out of state while we were trying to sell, which obviously put more on his plate. He showed the house multiple times, kept in contact with our tenant, and helped us find professionals that needed to do work on the house.
