I am a loving husband and father of two girls, a record breaking ultra distance athlete (Los Angeles 100 mile ultra-marathon), a 3-time Ironman triathlete, a published author, have worked and traveled through 35 countries, and I am a motivational speaker - helping people overcome addiction to find their maximum potential.
