We had phenomenal experience with Blake. Exceptionally hard working and approachable. From the second we told him we were considering buying a house, he was willing to help in every possible way he could. 2018 was tough market for buyers especially in Wayzata’s best school district. However, Blake got us the house exactly matching all the criteria we told him the very first time when we started house hunting! The whole time we felt like we were in experienced hands as we are new home buyers and had so many questions. Not only Blake worked endlessly with the sellers to find a way to make sure we got the house we wanted, but he also helped us to negotiate our offer to get the house 5% below listing price. Blake was excellent. He is a worker that put in a ton of time outside of regular working hours. He is smart and did an excellent job helping me through purchasing my first home.
