Blair kept me informed and guided me through the entire process. He provided insight into improvements to be made, how to stage the house and the price point to get the most for my house. He was invaluable and I couldn't have done this without him, I would highly recommend.

From our first conversation, I knew I was working with someone who genuinely cares about finding you the right home. He is not just wanting to make a sale. His professionalism and patience, made a stressful process easy and enjoyable. He listened to my wants and needs and ensured that the homes we were looking for matched that criteria. He explained every step clearly, and offered guidance. Scheduling showings, negotiating terms, or navigating paperwork, were easy, as Blair was always a step ahead. I ended up with a home that I absolutely love. I would recommend Blair to anyone who is looking to buy or sell.

Blair was so great in helping us find a home that checked all of our boxes and was in our budget. He gave great advice and guidance along the way while making the home buying experience a very smooth and enjoyable one. Would highly recommend anyone to work with Blair to find their next home. We are so excited!

Blair was very knowledgeable about the area, housing comps, helped coordinate our financing and flawless closing. He is number one for next housing purchase.

Blair not only was communicative and detail oriented, Blair put in the hard work calling appraisal, lendor, city building dept, and anyone necessary to get the job done. Go with Blair you wont be disappointed

Blair has helped us complete two very complicated 1031 Exchange purchases. Both of these transactions and purchases required extreme attention to deal, extensive back-&-forths with many parties, nuanced legalities, and dogged persistence. Blair absolutely crushed it. We would have failed without him. 10/10 highly recommend!!

So thankful for Blair getting the job done and accommodating an out of state client. Highly recommend to anyone in need of an excellent realtor who is going to work hard and always be responsive!
