After 7 years of being on call 24-7 in the mortuary business, I finally got tired and decided it was time to try something new. My mom married a man who was the nephew to a real estate industry ICON, Jaci Coan ( our late broker / owner.) I went to real estate school and as soon as I passed my tests, I went directly to her office. I started with RE/MAX Trinity and hit the ground running. My business has since doubled year after year and I am more eager than ever to create a legacy that even remotely resembles the legacy left by the one and only Jaci Coan.
As a realtor, I strive to build a relationship FIRST.. before any business matters are discussed. I want my clients to trust me and know that no matter what, they can count on me to represent them in the best way possible, in every aspect of such a major transaction. When we sit down, there will be no pamphlets, no binders, no slide shows. We will sit, and we will talk. You get me in my most authentic state before a pen hits the paper. If we don't click, it doesn't matter whether or not I'm good at real estate. I'm proud of my morals and my character and my love for people. Making sure I represent myself and my family/friends in a way that makes them proud is the best way I can represent a client, because I want to represent you in the same manner. Buying a house is hard, selling a house is hard. You need someone who not only understands the fine print, but isn't afraid to go to bat for you, and someone you TRUST to make the decision that benefits you the most. So if you're in need of any real estate services, or just a friend, I'm your girl.
And just to be clear, I think realtors only sleep slightly more than morticians 😅
