Blair has both a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Education from Biola University in La Mirada and before selling homes, Blair was an educator for 4 years teaching in the Greater Los Angeles area. Blair was mentored by former Realtor/Broker Dave Emerson who served the local community for 30+ years selling over 600 homes (Top 1% producing Realtor) throughout his career and currently acting as a real estate consultant.
