Blair Kossis

Blair was awesome! He helped my fiance & I find our dream house. He took us through a bunch of houses & was super flexible, working around our weird schedules. He's very knowledgeable about construction and was able to answer any questions we had about future repairs/condition of the house. Wouldn't have gone with any one else. Blair was great!

Blair was the best real estate agent I could ask for. I didn't see myself as the traditional buyer with a conventional loan that was looking for a home that was move in ready. Despite having a purchase/rehab loan and looking for a fixer upper, Blair was very useful in searching. I don't know if the average Pittsburgh real estate agent is knowledgeable enough of Pittsburgh neighborhoods, let alone how to think about a fixer upper. His career in property management helped me identify red flags in houses. He was also very diligent and responsive. I was pretty anxious leading up to and partly through the homebuying process, but Blair's knowledge really put me at ease. In fact on all parts of the homebuying process I found myself reaching out to Blair first since I really respected his insight. I don't think I can more highly recommend Blair, whether you are looking for a move in ready home or something a little less traditional.
