Blair Humes

Met Blair last year, he helped us buy our home in Grapeview in September, then he helped us sell our rental in Seattle in January. Through out the process of both he kept us up to date and very well informed. Very knowledgeable and competent. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is thinking or buying or selling.

Working with Blair was the absolute best. My wife and I recently purchased our first home. Blair found us exactly what we were dreaming of and more. He was not in a rush to sell us any house within our price range, but listened to what we were looking for and found us our dream house in our price range. Towards the end of the deal there were many, many complications due to things on the seller's end. We were afraid that our dream home was going to slip through our fingers because of things that were out of our control. Blair was always available and working overtime to make sure that the deal would be finalized. He is the reason that we were able to close on that house! He is incredibly knowledgeable on everything from the build of the home to the intricacies of the process. I can't speak highly enough of him!

Blair went above and beyond the call of duty in marketing our home and always being there through several crises when we were out of town. He used his professional skills to market our home in all available ways. Blair did a terrific job understanding our needs and worked long and hard locating the right property among many for our investment, advising us on location and renovation possibilities along the way. He then structured our offer so that it was the one that was accepted. Several years later, after renovating, we decided it was time to sell and we called Blair again. He took great pictures, including drone shots, advertised our property and sold it for a good profit. I've worked with real-estate people before in buying and selling several houses and Blair is easily the best in my experience.

Well Mr. Humes has done it again! Mr. Humes is an outstanding individual and real estate agent. I had the pleasure to work with Mr. Humes twice during my time living in Washington state, once was when I bought my home, and the other was when I sold the home. I knew right away who I would ask to help me sell my home and I would not have wanted anyone else. Mr. Humes is an upstanding individual as much as a real estate agent. Mr. Humes is a very charismatic person and worked extremely hard and was constantly on top of every issue that arose. His communications were extremely fast and responsive. He is patient and takes all the time necessary to ensure that things are done right, explained well, and transparent and thorough. He was available at all hours of the day as well; he would often work with me well past normal business hours to discuss any related issues.
