You will not find a better realtor in Colorado. I was in a tight spot. Our mortgage company had us set for foreclosure at the end of January because they tried to pull the wool over our eyes. Blaine called me because he saw our foreclosure auction date was coming up quick, and he wanted to help make sure I wouldn't. He came by the next day, and told me the plan of attack, and got right to business that day. He then got his amazing team involved, dedicated to this kind of situations. And man did they work quickly. The auction date was LESS than a month away. And with his team, he got the date postponed super far-out to get us more time to sell. Within the week we were under contract. Unfortunately, that contract fell through due to the buyer. Then, another week later, another contract. These guys never stop, or even know the phrase" give up". Blaine and his amazingly dedicated team went so above and beyond, its crazy.
