Binny knows the market well and is an experienced realtor. He guides us through very well and work forward for our best interest. The market was starting to heat up when we started searching, and we were ready to jump overboard to get something, but Binny guided us through well and said not to overboard on some offers which were not really worth. We were very active in searching, thus we used to sent links of the ones which we like to him, and he would setup home tour and based on interest proceed from there. He really helped us get our dream home in our budget. He really has best interest for us in his mind and had also provided with good buyer rebate. Totally recommend him.

Binny has not overstated or understated anything during the process. He was right on dot. He said he will close in 45 days and did, inspite of Pandemic. Also stated the right price and not much negotiation to it. I liked all of it.
