Binki Kaiser is fantastic! My husband and I were considering relocating to Florida from Colorado and came to Melbourne for a weekend. A realtor in Colorado connected us with Binki. Binki spent an entire Saturday showing us all different areas around Melbourne. Everywhere we went people knew her and obviously respected her. Two months later we finally moved here and she knew what type of home and area we were looking in. The first house we looked at was the winner.
