Binika is a true example of professionalism at it's finest. A phone call and/or email never went unanswered and she always kept me in the loop with detailed status updates during the entire process. Binika displayed in depth product knowledge and was very resourceful regarding wonderful contractors to work with during the buying and selling stage. She truly held my hand throughout the entire experience in the most patient and professional way possible.
