Bina helped me buy my first home. She is very kind, helpful and very knowledgeable in the real estate business. I had lots of questions as a first timer and she always helped me through the process and in finding the right home. I used the VA loan and she was able to help me with that as well. She is also a fantastic negotiator, we got everything we asked for as far as price, closing costs, and repairs after the inspection.
