Billy Van Heusen

It was a pleasure working with Billy and we will use him again for future real estate needs. Billy constantly challenges himself to raise the standard of excellence with the goal of improving the quality of his service. He has a great team working closely with his clients throughout the process. Donna is amazing, she's organized and going to the closing table was a breeze. Due to his integrity and intellectual rigor on real estate, he has won the respect of not only his colleagues, but also clients like ourselves. As an agent, Billy draws from a sense of credibility and his approach is genuinely grounded in task, hard work, and diligence. He is definitely an agent who leads by example. Billy has the ability to connect with people on a one on one basis and what impresses us the most about him is his desire to learn and willingness to help his clients. He is patient, responsive, and always willing to go out of his way to meet our needs. He is a one of a kind agent that is rare to find now a days.

Billy's team came highly recommended by several of my co-workers that moved to the Denver area and I am so glad I went with him. . Billy's team ended up being priceless when helping my family and I find a home. The Denver market is extremely competitive but Billy help us navigate between the overpriced and the deals to find us a wonderful home. My wife and I weren't able to see the home ourselves before putting in an offer but Billy went over by himself and gave us a detailed description while he was there. His details were spot on with what we ended up getting and we couldn't be happier. He keeps your needs in mind the entire time and made sure we got a fair deal in the end. For anyone looking for a new home in the Denver area Billy is the only realtor you should even entertain going with.

The Billy Van Huesen team was great to work with during our home buying process. We purchased our home from out of state and made frequent visits to the Denver area. Throughout the process, Billy and his team took time to meet with us and show us properties in several metro areas. Billy's knowledge of current and past Denver real estate markets was a tremendous asset. Once we found our home, Billy's team ensured we were well informed and continually worked to keep the closing process smooth and on schedule. We strongly recommend the Van Heusen team to anyone purchasing a home in the Denver area!
