I have worked with Billy Swanzer in the past and just purchased a new home from him. Billy is a very understanding, knowledgeable (with FHA / VA loans), and trustworthy realtor and person. He is very prompt and responsible when it comes to handling all paperwork, timeframes, and negotiations all the way up to your closing date. Additionally, he has contacted me to see if there were any issues after receiving the keys and being in the property. When I had issues, Billy continued to follow through and help me resolve the issues. With that being said, he is a great real estate agent and person. My family and I are now happy with our new purchase. We are also using Billy Swanzer and the Swanzer Agency to sell our old home. Thats the quality of professionalism and caring that he provides.

Billy helped us buy our first home and made every angle of the process seamless, quick and painless! We felt "in the know" throughout the whole thing He was great with setting aside time to show us homes - We went out with him 10-15 times, at least, all over lorain county (he's a local! so he knows it backwards and forwards). He was always patient while we were deciding what we liked/disliked about certain homes and ALWAYS had helpful insight when we asked. We never felt rushed when we were touring houses and he let us take our time exploring every last aspect of a listing. He showed us the home we ended up purchasing 3X before we committed to put an offer in on it He was VERY RESPONSIVE! He would text back within minutes of an inquiry or interest in a house and always found a way to meet us at house as soon as possible. He understood the importance of scheduling showings quickly (especially in this market!) and taught us so much about the process in general He was also not pushy or "Salesy" at all! It allowed us to come to our own conclusions and we ended up with a house that WE TRULY LOVE! We were so lucky with our experience with Billy and would happily recommend him to anyone - especially if they are looking within Lorain County!
