When we first decided to buy a home, Billy sat down and walked us through the entire process to let us know what to expect, and when we were ready to start looking, he pulled together lists for us and reviewed every single Zillow link I sent him (and there were A LOT) to review pros and potential cons. He was there with advice as we were ready to make an offer, and all of the contacts (from insurance broker to inspection) that he introduced us to throughout the process were professional and easy to work with. He did a lot of little extras from meeting with painters on a Saturday when we couldn’t be there, to sending pics of potential paint colors, and has continued to answer any little questions we’ve come up with even after close.
