What can I say about Mrs. Billie Jean O’Keith? She is a true class act! This was my 1st time purchasing a home. Miss Billie walked me through every step. Broke down every thing for me to understand. She was always on time and on top of everything. When my car was in the shop, Miss Billie called me and offered to give me a ride to my home for the inspection. When I was at the office to sign loan documents, the Escrow agent said she has been been in this business for 18 years and she can count on one hand how many times the Real estate agent showed up with their client to do paperwork. Right before closing, Miss Billie sent me a list of the new utility companies I will be using, and helpful steps to know to make a smooth move. That’s the type of agent everyone should have. I have comfort in knowing that after I close, I will still be able to call Miss Billie for information and advice. When I’m ready to make another purchase in the future, I know, I will only be working with her.
