Billee is AMAZING! I had a strict (and unimpressive) budget but Billee was able to find a perfect fit for me. She was patient with me when I sent numerous listing and helped pull out the non-starters based off what I was looking for. She explained the entire process in a way that was easy to digest (first time & clueless homebuyer here). When it came time to put in an offer, she was on top of all the due diligence and always provided me with timely updates before I even asked.
