Billie went above and beyond her duties as a listing agent. Not only did she just list her house she proactively found a buyer for us. Our condo needed a few minor repairs since it hadn't been occupied in about 2 years, and she found good and reasonably priced contractors to do the job. During the time we were waiting to close the hurricane hit Fort Myers. As soon as Bilie was able to get out of her house she went and visited the condo and made sure that it had no hurricane damage.
