I am always a reluctant reviewer – I never recommend someone that I am not completely sure that anyone using their services will be completely satisfied – that it is someone whose services are so outstanding that I know anyone working with them will find the same satisfaction that my wife and I have. So it is with the utmost confidence that if you need a realtor in the Southwest Florida area, you cannot go wrong with Billee Silva. We found her by fortuitous chance when we began a search for a condo in the area after a vacation on Sanibel Island and began a months long search. She rapidly establishes a relationship with her clients and gets to know them and what they are looking for – and equally important, is able to recognize those properties that might at first glance seem to meet needs – but have issues that would make them inappropriate – such as legal issues of a community, a poor neighborhood, a problematic HOA, etc. And… she is able to communicate this in a way that develops a trust in her opinion. She is patient and realizes the problems of a market where there are for any desirable property multiple bidders. She has the tenacity of a bulldog in seeking out options and has a determination to see that the search for a new home is going to turn out successful. Add to all the above an engaging personality, the ability to do a video walkthrough of a potential property with an eye for detail…pointing out the best features, but also the features could be problematic, and you have an agent that you can feel comfortable dealing with, even if buying sight unseen…which we never thought we could be comfortable doing. One that would allow us to stay in the home as renters for 2 years until we can retire and move out of state to our retirement dream home. I can't imagine anyone else that could pull that magic off. Received asking price too!! She took every ounce of stress off as a seller. The buyer is wonderful and will be a great landlord! My husband and I appreciate her more than words can say.

Working with Billee was a wonderful experience. When we started our selling process, we didn't realize she was on vacation! We couldn't even tell. She never missed a beat and got the ball rolling for us right away. Always stayed on top of keeping us informed on what was going on and letting us know if there was anything we needed to take care of so we had no delays or hold-ups along the way. When I decided to sell I gave Billee a call and told her I wanted to sell my house. She got right on it, sending me comps and giving me her expert advice. The sale went through very quickly and without any hitches. My only regret is that I have no more houses for her to sell for me.
