He made some excellent recommendations in getting the house ready to sell, held open houses to show people around, and even helped me freshen up the house with paint, lighting, and other nice touches. I wanted to have the home sold quickly and with minimum involvement from me and he did everything possible to make that happen. The house sold quickly and for what I was asking.
