My husband and I were enthusiastic about buying our first home, but were without much real knowledge about real estate. Bill worked with us diligently, patiently and respectfully to answer any questions we had as novice first-time buyers. He also had information about general home maintenance related expenditures which helped us so much in making our final offer for our beautiful dream home. Bill would not let us settle, even though the home buying process took longer than what my husband and I initially anticipated. Bill actually would not even let us see homes that were not fulfilling our basic agreed upon requirements. I cannot fully express the gratitude I have for working with such a professional agent. He was always responsive and would arrange for other realtors to show us properties in case he was not available. He also would have a tablet to check specs of different properties while we were looking at them. All in all, a great experience where we made friends with an honest, reliable realtor. Bill always said realtors are so much more than professionals that sell properties, and he definitely fit the definition of being more than what we expected in a realtor.
