Bill Tutor was incredibly professional and patient. He listened to exactly what we were searching for and presented several options - all of which met our specifications. I would highly recommend him to any friend or family member going through the buying/selling process!

My husband and I had been renting with Bill Tutor from White Ivy Real Estate since I started grad school at Sam. We contacted him right away to check out the home we now live in when we first saw it on HAR. Bill was extremely helpful with the whole process from our initial viewing, to the day we signed the contract and the house was ours. He was very quick to get the paperwork sent to the seller's real estate agent and he was always quick to respond to our calls and questions in an patient, and informative way. Even with us being pushed back on our original close date because of hurricaine Harvey and having to have the home reassessed afterward, we still closed in record timing (5 days before giving birth to my son)! Needless to say, the Lord was definitely in on the timing of all that, but Bill was very dedicated to making sure things got done quickly and efficiently. If I had to do it all again, I would choose him again as well!

He was very prompt, very polite, great knowledge on the area and very helpful with walking you threw what he knows and believes in on the whole buying process. He made it a very easy process to buy a house.
