Being that I'm out of state Bill did all the leg work. Took care of any paperwork that had to completed before putting house up for sale.[ Contacted sources to find out if the house was ok to sell since I was the executor of Elsie's estate. Bill was available to me for any questions I had and responded immediately. Bill is very efficient and knowledgeable and made the sale go smoothly. I would recommend Bill is your looking for a good realtor. P.S. Before my sister Elsie passed, Bill sold her other house while she was in the hospital, taking time to explain everything to her and notify her of any information or paperwork needed. He is a great person to work with as a realtor and as a person.
