We met Bill at an open house in 2019 and remained in contact through 2020 as we searched "virtually" for a condo in the greater Palm Springs area. Despite "Covid" challenges, Bill was able to show us a great cross section of potential properties in November when we were able to travel to the area, culminating in the successful purchase of a condo in Rancho Mirage. Having never purchased a property in the USA, we valued Bill's experience as he guided us through "the process" and we would highly recommend him if you're looking to purchase in the area.

Bill also helped us negotiate a price that was nearly 2% less than the list - and this after the seller had just posted a 7.7% price reduction in one of the nicest neighborhoods in Rancho Mirage!
