We went to Bill to buy because no one has a better knowledge of the area. He helped us identify several options and narrow it down to one. Then he helped resolve an unexpected issue that came up in escrow with the title. We very much appreciated Bill's persistence in working through all the issues and getting our deal closed. It was nip and tuck for awhile. Thank you Bill.
