Bill sort of dropped into our lap when we were looking for a vacation home, and we could not have been luckier to have him in our corner! He was extremely flexible with us and our schedules (often times, going to see properties last minute). Being from out of town, Bill was sensitive to making sure that our time spent looking at houses was beneficial to us and he stayed within our parameters. I interviewed 3 different realtors before deciding on the listing agent for selling my son's condo. All 3 realtors came in at about the same listing price range. Bill and Ysabel are a husband/wife team. I chose them as they have many years of combined experience and knowledge as realtors. My initial gut feeling when I met them was that I liked them. They were nice, experienced, and knowledable. and NOT pushy. They answered all of my questions and gave me their opinions as well.The realestate package of information that Bill and Ysabel gave me and went over with me was more informative and helpful than that of the other two realtors. Once I hired them the listing process was FAST! A professional photographer came within 1 or 2 days and took pictures inside the condo and drone pictures outside the condo. The condo was listed within just a day or so after that. And sold in less than 76 days in this terrible South Florida market! I would highly recommend Bill and Ysabel if you are looking to find realtors to help you sell or buy your property.
