Billy Raschko has helped us find two homes over the past three years. We most recently purchased in Albany and it was an intricate sale and purchase. We had to sell our home at top dollar and get our new home at bottom dollar and Billy was able to get it done. We where in contract with contingencies right away and our home had an offer within two weeks. He made it possible to close on both homes on the same day and even helped us move.
