Bill is very personable, professional, and helpful. He has a positive energy that is contagious! Use him and you will be completely satisfied. I was searching for an older brick ranch for my daughter and grandchildren. Interest rates were down and houses were selling like hotcakes! Every house I called to look at was under contract or sold......until I called about a house Bill had listed. He worked around mine and my daughter's schedules and showed us the house on a Saturday because there was an open house scheduled for Sunday. He worked with the seller and myself to reach a deal before open house. Now my daughter and grandchildren have a wonderful home to call their own. THANKS, Bill.
