In the purchase of my home through Bill Parchini he was very knowledgeable of the area and in advance secured places to see. From the inquiries about purchasing the property all the way to the actual closing Bill was there for every aspect. I would gladly recommend him to anyone looking to buy real estate in that area. Not only did I buy my condo with Bill's help I also sold it 4 years later through him. My wife and I were very satisfied with the service, knowledge and Bill's ability to get it done.

Bill is a great agent and-which is rare to find - a great person at the same time. We are from a foreign country and we are in the best hands. He is good, quick, honest, reliable, friendly and extremely helpful. Do not use any other service than his if you wish peace of mind !!!!!!!

Very helpful for out of town clients. Went over and above!
