We were sellers with property on the both the west side of Bend and the east side of Bend. Bill has solid knowledge about the housing and property market in Bend, Oregon. He helped us target the appropriate sales price, which was significantly higher than other realtors, and get both properties sold for a price in our asking range. On the west side, we were selling land that was going to be challenging to build on, and this was sold within months in our range, still for more money than other realtors wanted to start with. On the east side, we were selling a home and we got more than other homes in the neighborhood with a solid offer within days. During this selling process, we were moving to a different state, and Bill managed to actively let us know what was happening with both sales, even though we weren't in person. He uses in person, email, text and phone calls and things went smoothly for both sales. I would highly recommend using Bill if you are selling property in Bend.
