He is always extremely easy to work with, quickly responds, will answer any questions you have, will guide you through the process, and goes above and beyond by doing things like cutting your shrubs for free so the house looks better and will sell quicker. He's also very honest and you won't have to worry about him doing something that is not in your best interest. I appreciate how transparent he is and just having him guiding us through the process of both buying and then later selling this house was such a relief. If we ever need real estate services in Ohio again, Bill is my number one pick!
