We have been working now with Candy almost a month, and we have found a place to purchase. On a recent visit she tirelessly drove us around to look at properties and provided her expertise advice. She also is available to talk or email at any time we've asked. She has been nothing short of awesome! Bill listened to our requirements and was able to deliver on everything that we were looking for for this purchase. He had expert market knowledge that he shared to effectively communicate and guide us in the right direction. Bill was on top of all of the logistics for this purchase, was incredibly responsive and because of this, we were able to close within 30 days as per contract. Bill was incredibly professional, knew the market and was able to negotiate optimal terms for the contract. He was responsive and available whenever we had any questions (and we had a lot). As a result of his expertise, we had 2 showings scheduled within the first hour of the listing, an offer that same day for the list price and a signed cash contract before the end of the next day.

Frankly, I was very skeptical of the whole home selling process in general when we decided to relocate. Bill is AMAZING. Bill (often accompanied by his equally amazing real estate wife, Cheryl) went above and beyond our expectations. We've gone through the home buying and selling process before, and we didn't even realize what we were missing until we met Bill. He advocated for us and advised us as if we were family. He is more concerned with his clients finding the house that they absolutely love, as opposed to quickly securing a paycheck.
