Bill listened to our requirements and was able to deliver on everything that we were looking for for this purchase. He had expert market knowledge that he shared to effectively communicate and guide us in the right direction. Bill was on top of all of the logistics for this purchase, was incredibly responsive and because of this, we were able to close within 30 days as per contract. Bill was incredibly professional, knew the market and was able to negotiate optimal terms for the contract. He was responsive and available whenever we had any questions (and we had a lot). As a result of his expertise, we had 2 showings scheduled within the first hour of the listing, an offer that same day for the list price and a signed cash contract before the end of the next day.
Frankly, I was very skeptical of the whole home selling process in general when we decided to relocate. But it turned out that contacting with Bill and his hard working spouse Cheryl was absolute the right move. Their knowledge of market, work ethic and professionality not only met by expectation but greatly exceed them. I'm not sure from what I've learned during the whole sales experience that you could go wrong working with McClue's.

Bill is AMAZING. Bill (often accompanied by his equally amazing real estate wife, Cheryl) went above and beyond our expectations. We've gone through the home buying and selling process before, and we didn't even realize what we were missing until we met Bill. He advocated for us and advised us as if we were family. He is more concerned with his clients finding the house that they absolutely love, as opposed to quickly securing a paycheck. We wholeheartedly recommend Bill McCue, the realtor who helped us find our new home. I highly recommend Bill McCue as a selling or buying agent. He is patient and works well with his clients. Although very busy, he never seems rushed. He spent a lot of time helping me through my questions and concerns.
