My siblings and I had inherited our father's home several years ago and initially maintained it as a rental property. When we decided to sell I knew that Bill McCue was the only agent I would trust with this most unusual property. He had already sold another unique piece of land for me, but even I was impressed at the speed with which my father's former home sold! Given that it was so different, Bill created a separate website to "advertise" it, walked the acreage that it was located on, and spent considerable time interviewing me about the property. As it was a rental property, Bill decided that the most convenient thing for the tenants would be to have multiple potential buyers come on the same day. So, on the first day of showings Bill had a half dozen interested parties scheduled to tour the property. But, even I, who knows Bill's skill sets, was stunned to hear that on the first day of showings he had two legitimate offers. We accepted the one from the individual who made his offer first and right through the closing everything went smoothly. I couldn't recommend Bill McCue more highly!!
